To calculate exact postage costs for any mailing, the actual mailing list needs to be run through postal software that is specifically designed to calculate postage rates. Since this process does take some time, when you initially place your order with PrintingMailing.com, we will estimate your postage at the higher possible amount and authorize your credit card for that amount at the time of checkout. Your credit card is not charged at this time, only authorized to secure funds. After your order is placed, and we receive the mailing list, we run the list through the postal software to determine the actual postage amount for your mailing. Once this is completed and your printing and mailing is finished, your credit card will be billed for the actual amount of postage, along with the cost of our services. A final invoice and postage statement is then emailed to you for your records. All of this is done within 3 days and most importantly, saves you money.
